New Garden Auto Mall is a great place. They helped me buy my first financed vehicle and made the entire process super easy. The team worked with me not only to pick out the perfect truck but also to ensure I got approved. They were very transparent, explaining everything they were doing as they helped me apply and walking me through how to handle the title. They even went above and beyond to help me get the truck home, since I had arrived alone and needed to drive my mom's car back.For peace of mind, I had a mechanic double-check the truck, and he confirmed it is in incredible condition for the mileage and that I got a great price. The truck has been nothing but great, and I put it to work right away hauling stuff around. The only minor issue was that the radio didn't work, but Don is actively working with me to get it replaced. Between Don, his daughter, and the rest of the staff, the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Don and Celeste and I’ll keep going back, no question.Good people over there. They’ve always treated me right and made the whole process easy every time. No pressure, no runaround, just straight up honest people and willing to help however they can. They really work with you and make sure you’re getting into something that makes sense.Anytime I’ve needed something, even after the sale, they’ve had my back. That’s hard to find these days, especially with used car dealerships.If you’re looking for a reliable place around here to buy a vehicle and actually be taken care of, I’d definitely recommend New Garden Auto Mall.
